Returns & Exchange
All orders placed during Early Access Sale (starting Oct 11, 2024) are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
For any return or exchange, all products must:
- Be new, unworn, & unwashed. No make-up, deodorant, or other stains
- Be free of pet hair. Excessive pet hair will incur a $6 cleaning fee
- Have original tags attached. Removing tags indicate the product(s) have been worn/washed
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Customers who choose to keep the items deemed non-refundable for the above reasons, even after shipping the products to us, are responsible for the cost of getting the item(s) shipped back.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. All returns for refunds are subject to a $5 fee for returns processing & shipping. As a small family business, we personally inspect returns and pay for the rest of the shipping costs despite high shipping fees.
Receiving Your Refund
Upon receiving your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, equal to the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

2. Select the item you’re sending back and request a refund
3. Print Packing Slip and include inside package
4. Print your return label and mail back the original item using the original packaging
5. Once received, we’ll refund the full balance back to your original $$ (minus original shipping charge & return fee)
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer 1 free exchange per order. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from purchase date.
Instant Exchange
With our instant exchange system, your new order is placed immediately.
When you place an instant exchange, a temporary pre-authorized hold is put on your card for the product amount until we receive your unwanted items. You are only charged if the return isn't received within 14 days of submitting the exchange request.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at LAGO’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.
