Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
We are not accepting any returns or exchanges on purchases made after 10/10/2024
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date unless made after 10/10/2024. All returns are subject to a $5 returns processing fee.
Returns must be in new, unworn & unwashed condition and be free of make-up, deodorant, other liquid stains or excessive pet hair. A quick try-on is cool but wearing it to the hospital or clinic is not.
All original tags must be attached. Returned items without tags are considered worn and/or washed.
We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Scrubs returned with excessive pet hair will be charged $6 for processing because of additional labor time.
We will issue a refund once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and will be in the amount of the product price minus the original shipping cost.
How do I start a return?

2. Select the item you’re sending back and request a refund
3. Print Packing Slip & include in package
4. Print your return label & mail back the original item using the original packaging
5. Once received, we’ll refund the full balance back to your original $$ (minus original shipping charge & return fee)
*All returns are subject to a $4 fee for Returns Shipping Label.

What is your exchange policy?
We are not accepting any returns or exchanges on purchases made after 10/10/2024
We offer 1 free exchange per order.
Exchanges are done through instant exchange system.
With instant exchanges, your new exchange order is placed immediately. This helps you get your items faster & guarantees that your items are in stock.
To place an instant
exchange, we will put a temporary hold on your credit card for the product amount until we receive your unwanted items (kind of like booking a hotel). You’ll only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting.
Products returned for exchange are subject to the Return Policy guidelines.
How do I start an exchange?

3. You’ll be prompted to select a new size, color or style
4. Print Packing Slip & include in package
5. Print your return label & mail back the return item(s)
6. We’ll ship the new item to you right away

How long does as return or exchange take?
From start to finish, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 days to get back to you.
Returns may take up to 5 business days plus 3-4 days for processing. Once we have your items checked, we will send the refund or exchange items your way.
Ordering
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We process our orders quickly. If you write to us hello@lagowear.com within an hour or so after you placed the order for item adjustments or address changes, we will do our best to make any changes. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Order cancellations will incur $2 fee.
I have a question about my order, what should I do?

Do you offer gift cards?
We offer LAGO e-gift cards! Digital gift cards will be emailed to you and from there you can send to the recipient.
e-Gift Cards are considered final sale and not refundable (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

We will honor an exchange if the item is damaged during transport or an incorrect size was shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders less than $73, shipping fee is $6.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times usually range from 1 to 4 business days.
During Black Friday and Christmas seasons, please allow 1 to 2 extra business days for order to process and ship.
During Federal holidays and weekends, our warehouse is closed.
I got my order and something is wrong, what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@lagowear.com and reference your Order #.
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we'll need a photo when you contact us to help.
Please note, LAGO is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Why is my tracking number showing my package is delivered when it hasn’t been?
There are rare occasions the shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS) may mark your items as delivered when they have not actually arrived at your destination. If this happens, please wait 2 full business days to see if your package arrives.
Also, we suggest you check with your neighbors as sometimes carriers accidentally deliver to wrong address. If you live in an apartment or condo complex, please check with the front desk.
My package has been lost or stolen, now what?
Please note we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered.
We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation that allows you to track your package and verify its delivery. Please check with carrier first if you have not received your package.
My package was delivered to the wrong address. Now what?
If the shipping address was incorrectly entered during checkout, the order is not eligible for reimbursement or replacement if delivered to the incorrect location. This includes incorrect auto-population of a shipping address through a third-party payment provider such as PayPal, ApplePay, Afterpay, etc. We strongly encourage customers to verify all order details are correct prior to placing your order.

Can I use more than 1 discount?
Discount codes are currently disabled during the Early Access sale period.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Sorry! Our sale offers are available for a limited time only and we are not able to offer price adjustments.
My discount code does not work!
During Early Access sale starting from Oct 11, 2024, discount codes are disabled.
Our exclusive discount codes are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the promotion they are tied to.
